The location was great, at a medium distance from Liverpool One Shopping Complex. There was a great restaurant, a market and shops next door. The room was big with a view, reasonably priced. We loved croissants, fresh bread, fresh fruit, and cheese at breakfast.

It's an intimate place with amazingly nice staff and vintage rooms. The hotel has a stunning and particularly good location, right next to Saint Mark's Square. Distance to a restaurant takes 200 metres. The restaurant serves hot Thai food. Thank you for a fairly nice stay.

Had a special 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Very knowledgeable staff and the location was unbeatable. Took a walk around city centre, located within a close distance from the hotel. Marco Polo airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car.

Truly enjoyed the traditional-style building and our very pretty room with bath. The hotel had a stunning location around 4-6 minutes' walk from San Silvestro. Besides, we were adjacent to a palace from the 14th century, and the centre of town.

Thank you very much for a really great stay for two nights. It has impressive absolutely gorgeous rooms, that come with tea and view to Ponte Rialto. Kind and courteous staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, 1 km from a cathedral church. Area is peaceful and short walk to the Antica Locanda Sturion, tourist attractions such as Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square and market. We recommend staying at this small hotel.

Had a really great stay for two nights, everything was great. The staff was courteous and charming in all services. The room was attractive with bath and tea as described. Having a hairdryer, a bidet and shower caps was a bonus. Location: the hotel was close enough to Train station and Airport, a mountain of steps and St Mark's Square and other attractions. We had lunch at nearby Antico Forno, tried their fast food options.

Staff were outstanding, wi-fi was good, and I loved its spectacular location just next door to the Grand Canal and Rialto bridge and market. Room was brand-new & warm.
